Steve leads the HFS OneCouncil, the enterprise advisory Group, which is projected to grow to over 200 Senior Executives from Global 2000 companies in 2024. See the current member list here.

In addition, he produces the HFS roundtables and focus groups – both in person and digital for the benefit of OneCouncil members and other Senior Executives across the world. He has more than 20 years of experience in the B2B publishing and events space, having led editorial strategy and events for a pan-European CFO publication and titles in the banking, food technology, medical device, water, and textile sectors.

Steve established his own company, CANDID CONVO, as he enjoys connecting with the most senior executives worldwide to learn their enterprise pain points then bringing them together to engage in candid conversations.

He has a degree in Communication Studies with Psychology & Sociology, and in his spare time, he enjoys all things Korean.
