Srini Vaddepalli is a Practice Leader at HFS Research, covering information technology (IT) and business process (BP) service providers in finance, accounting, sourcing, and procurement. He brings more than 14 years of experience from three sides of the IT and BP industry, working with Capgemini, Information Services Group, and Eastman Chemical.

He explored the financial services industry and worked on market intelligence projects at Capgemini. At ISG Research in India, he managed the data team and proprietary databases for outsourcing contracts and engagements. Throughout his experience, he contributed to IT and BP management market intelligence projects and thought leadership, focused on provider briefings and rankings, and worked on go-to-market strategies and location assessments for the clients. His interests include tracking the IT and BP services industry and understanding the impact of data analytics, sustainability, and artificial intelligence for chemical, automotive, tobacco, and packaging industry enterprises.

He is a commerce graduate with double master’s degrees in library and information science and business administration (marketing). He completed the business analytics program (EEP) from IIM Bangalore. Srini lives in Hyderabad with his wife and two kids. He loves reading, practices yoga, goes running whenever he feels overweight, and is a passionate Toastmaster. He loves networking and connecting the dots.
