After\u00a0attending HR Tech in Paris this week, it became apparent just how much the HRO market is changing. This change has started to happen across the board: service and tech providers, buyers and (even some!) analysts are starting to identify and adapt to the new era of HRO\u2014as HR \u201cIntelligent Operations.\u201d<\/p>\n

Having personally had experience in different areas of BPO, it\u2019s been extremely interesting to look at HRO with a fresh pair of eyes. So, given that it\u2019s Friday I\u2019m going to condense my takeaways down to the following points:<\/p>\n
